What is the process to hire your services?
First we discuss your business and security needs. Second, we conduct an evaluation of your existing security system and provide a security proposal, recommendations and estimate. Third, once approved, we can have cameras installed and begin monitoring immediately upon completion.
We already have cameras, can Linx still use them?
We can integrate with most camera systems. There are a few brands of cameras that are not compatible, but we offer free site surveys where we can determine if your cameras are compatible or not.
What if we don’t have any surveillance cameras?
We work directly with a trusted professional surveillance camera company that can help you with those needs.
How much does it all cost?
Every client receives a free consultation, evaluation and custom proposal tailored to their unique needs, ensuring you only pay for what’s essential. Best of all, our services cost significantly less than hiring in-person security guards, giving you smarter, more affordable security without compromising on protection.
What hours are you available for monitoring?
Our monitoring is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and can monitor locations anywhere in the United States.
What if we experience technical difficulties with the security setup?
While you are our client, we help with all technical servicing, replacements, and repairs. We are committed to providing you with a transparent and turnkey approach to your security solution.
Do you work with analog and IP cameras?
Yes, we can work with both types of systems.
How It Works
Discovery & Site Survey
First, we will call you to identify your concerns, goals, and what security systems you already have in place. We then schedule a site survey to evaluate your current space, the systems you have in place, and determine if you need surveillance cameras and what coverage areas you need. Our team will then craft a custom proposal based on your security needs, your budget, and our recommendations to meet your end goal.
Install & Integration
After your custom proposal is approved, the deposit is paid and the contract is signed, our security experts will schedule a time to either install the necessary surveillance cameras necessary or integrate your current security cameras with our state-of-the-art software.
Go Live
Now that your security system is in place, our security experts will begin safeguarding your property with real-time monitoring. Our work doesn’t end after having your security concerns addressed. We know how important client support is and our team is always at your service and pledges to regularly report to you what we’ve accomplished, what threats we’ve deterred, and any new developments.
